Update: Council Member Wanda Adams Has an Opponent

Several more folks have filed to be on the ballot in November for the City of Houston elections. The big news to me is that Council Member Wanda Adams has an opponent in District D. Put we on the record as being a huge Wanda Adams fan. Anyone know anything about Larry McKinzie? Updates in red from yesterday.
