My Bullsh--t Detector Just Went Off
OK. As much as I think the focus on Rosenthal shouldn't be on his sex life, but rather on his ethical lapses in having his mistress work under him for a big salary and free car and gas and time off whenever she wants, this from today's Chron really is too much:
He acknowledges they had an affair during his prior marriage and denies they have resumed their romance. It almost sounds like he is talking about pity sex! We are really supposed to believe he is telling a woman he loves her and wants to kiss her and can hardly live without her and this is NOT ABOUT SEX?Rosenthal is saying the e-mails were a private matter and represented his effort to raise Stevens' esteem while she was facing personal problems.
Rosenthal declared his love for Stevens in the e-mails and said he missed her when they were apart.
"The very next time I see you I want to kiss you behind your right ear," he wrote.
Does he think we are all mental midgets?
FBI wife, you don't seriously believe this b.s. , do you?

But if weren't for all those women like the mistress out there using sex with married men as their atm card, asses like this guy couldn't get away with using their dicks as their brains.
Interesting perspective.
The husband has - or should have - a commitment to his marriage.
Fade, my friend, you are kidding, right?
He didn't get away with it. It caught up to him and did so exactly where he is supposed to be in control more than anywhere else, the job.
This incident is really about sexual harassment. The mistress has not been discussed. While it may be consensual, when a person is offered that type of money and security, it may not be consensual at all. It is sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. It sends a terrible message to her co-workers and people who work for him who see the way to higher salaries and security via the boss' bed.
