Shelley Watch Day 3: Shelley Looks For New Staff

I wake up this morning to exclamation points in my inbox from Vince at Capitol Annex. Seems that all of Shelley's Congressional staff has walked out on her. At first, this sounded wildly funny, because, you know, we've all heard the rumors about hard she is to get along with on Houston City Council and this just has to make you giggle. But, then I read the Raw Story article on this a little closer and realized this was Tom DeLay's "old" constituent services staff who stayed on through the transistion, manning the office when Tom cut and run on us, so that we here in TX-22 could have some Congress type stuff done for us (I don't know what I am talking about - questions answered?? House tour tickets?) while being abandoned in regards to representation. Who is going to want to work for this woman for six weeks?
