Dang! The muse camera had a battery issue while I was at the Fort Bend County Fair Parade today. Luckily, a muse friend was snapping pictures like crazy and I am able to bring to you a photo of Cheerleader Shelley! She actually ditched
the Barbie attire and chose to wear the SAME OUTFIT she wore to the
candidate forum in Rosenberg last night. Did she sleep in these clothes? Did she think no one would notice? GO TEAM!
Here's the cheer I think she was leading:

Why this one? My daughter used to be a cheerleader and this is a cheer that I remember. Like Shelley's write-in candidacy, it makes no damn sense! GO TEAM!

Could just be a rumor, but I heard that her float "walked-out" on her, and that everybody between Austin and Lamar streets walked out, too.

She had a huge team of two people walking with her. As susan said, those two may have "walked off the field" at one point in the parade. Sounds like the forfeited to the opposing team.
