1. Drop Tom DeLay like a bunch of overfilled garbage bags on trash day in Sugar Land.
2. Don't be quite so obvious when spending taxpayers' dollars on:
a. amicus briefs that lie about a federal judge's ruling
b. visiting blogs during working hours (especially when you reveal your penchant for relying on liberal bloggers for legal tips - not a smooth move.)

Your Tax Dollars At Work: TX Attorney General's Office Reads My Blog
Well, them, the Texas Comptroller's Office and the Pentagon. That's just for today, July 26th. The AG office came in off a yahoo search for Chad Dunn, one of the lawyers in the TDP case against Benkiser. The TX Comptroller's office was searching for Shelley Sekula-Gibbs. Guess they wanted fashion advice. And, the Pentagon? They were doing a search for Chris Bell.
Here's the interesting thing. I got the tip on the Attorney General's office from another TX-22 blogger. So, then I did my own checking around and found yet another TX-22 blogger got a visit from the AG today. So, my guess is that Abbott is DESPERATE for tips for his oral argument with the Fifth Circuit Court on Monday. So, Greg Abbott, here's my best amicus muse advice:
3. In case you missed a few, here are two other TX-22 blogs: Half Empty and View From 22.

Muse, you are inCORRigible!
OK, AG Abbott, if you are reading this (and I know you are) here is my advice (sorry, I am short on advice for your case in LA, see View From 22 for all sorts of good stuff on that): use your printing office right now to get a few reams of your curriculum vitae printed off. Also, maybe you should use your office's postal resources to send them out. Using taxpayer-paid resources for your own benefit should not be a problem for you, nor should it be anything out of the ordinary.
By the way, who DID pay for that amicus brief (where you issued a "big lie")? CERTAINLY not we taxpayers!
Good luck in your next job (hot tip: I hear Quizno's is hiring in McAllen).
Abbott and your band of Costello's, we're watching you watching us!
Thanks for proving my point for me! I've said all along the Child Support Division of the OAG is a lazy bunch of paycheck grabbing but dont make me work for it leeches.
And they have the audacity to say they are over worked with child support cases. Here some more unsolicited but MUCH needed advice.
Stop wasting work hours and taxpayers dollars on forcing custodial parents to attend court hearings again and again when you havent bothered to serve the other parent.
More advice - enforce the orders that custodial parents spend TWO years or more getting your lazy worthless drones to take action on!
But wait there's more! Be careful who you piss off on the way up ~ you'll be seeing me again on your way down!
And put your greedy hands in your pocket, get control of gas prices, lower homeowners insurance premiums, and allow consumers to sue builders! But wait if you do that - you'd be broke!
